Q: What is the application fee?
A: $60 per person. At the time you submit your application, you also leave a $100 hold fee. The hold fee is applied to your first month’s rent.
Q: What is the security deposit?
A: The security deposit with approved credit is $500.00. If the application is approved with conditions, the security deposit is a month and a half of the rental amount.
Q: What is the pet policy at The Avery?
A: There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 and pet rent of $25 per pet. We have a 2 pet maximum and we are breed restricted. Breed restrictions apply: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pincers and Chows.
Q: Is there an additional fee for parking?
A: All parking spaces are first come, first serve and is all unassigned at The Avery.
Q: What utilities are the residents responsible to pay?
A: The residents are responsible to pay electric, gas, water and sewer. These utilities are billed on a monthly basis.
Q: How are packages delivered to the apartment homes?
A: You have the option to have packages delivered directly to your door or you can send your package directly to the office. Upon arrival, the office will notify via text from our resident portal to notify you we have received it.
Q: Do you offer a military discount to active or retired military personnel?
A: Yes, we offer a reduced security deposit (reduced to $250 with approved credit) and a $25 monthly discount off the rent.
Q: What maintenance services are offered at the Avery?
A: Onsite maintenance personnel is available 24/7 for all emergency matters. All non-emergency matters are handled during normal business hours Monday – Friday.
Q: What amenities are offered at the Community?
A: The Avery boasts a 7,000 square foot clubhouse which features a resort-style swimming pool, state of the art fitness gym (24-hour access) movie theatre room, BBQ area with seating, bark park for your furry friends, play park for children and a fire-pit area. It is all yours to enjoy and no extra cost!
