FreeBoxing is an addictive and fun full-body workout that offers cardio and boxing training all in one. Not only can boxing build strength, explosive power, and cardiovascular endurance, but it’s also a great outlet for punching away any anger, frustration, or stress.
No experience necessary- this class is easy to modify and you can catch on in no time.

About the expert trainer:
I (Cole) started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life’s greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business. I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. Let’s get to work!
