Calisthenics and Relaxation w/Cole

This Class will introduce you a new way to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they are involved in different key stretches. The benefits of stretching exercises are endless; they help in injury prevention, better muscle coordination, improved posture, enhance sports performance, increased range of motion, as well as overall greater mental health.

For all skill levels.

About the expert trainer:

I (Cole) started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life’s greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business. I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. Let’s get to work!
