Circuit training is a type of resistance training that combines cardio and strength training exercises. The short rest periods and variety of exercises can help build strength and cardio, which can lead to muscle growth and fat loss. Circuit training can be done at the gym, at home, or during a class. In a class setting, participants may be split into groups and assigned to stations around a room. Each group starts at a station and performs the exercise for a set amount of time, then rests briefly before moving to the next station

About the expert trainer:
I (Cole) started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life’s greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business. I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. Let’s get to work!
