Legs & Booty Interval Training w/ Cole

Join us for our first of many HIIT workout classes at the Clubhouse, part of our Avery Living initiative. We want to provide not just a beautiful home but also a life of social events, fitness classes and all else to make you feel great.

This class will help sculpt your lower body. This class is a cardio-based total body conditioning program packed with plyometric drills, strength and power intervals, and incorporates core training techniques. It is great for cardio and endurance for all skill levels.

Only 15 spots @ Avery Clubhouse Gym! Residents only. RSVP

About the expert trainer:

I (Cole) started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life’s greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business. I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. Let’s get to work!
