Water Aerobics w/Cole

FreeA low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed! Water aerobics allows every joint and muscle to be used at the same time. Water aerobics can be done no matter what your age, weight or physical fitness level because water keeps the body buoyant and therefore does not unduly stress the joints and muscles. This class is full of fun and energizing activities!

About the expert trainer:
I (Cole) started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life’s greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business. I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. Let’s get to work!
