Weightlifting w/Cole

Join experienced trainer Cole for a weightlifting class that will help you build strength, improve your form, and achieve your fitness goals. This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn proper weightlifting techniques or take their lifting to the next level.

In each session, you’ll be guided through a dynamic warm-up and mobility exercises to get your body ready for lifting. Cole will then lead you through a series of lifts that focus on the key muscle groups of the upper and lower body, including squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, and more. You’ll learn how to lift with proper form, using the correct technique to maximize results and prevent injury.

The class is suitable for all levels, from beginners who are just starting out with weightlifting to advanced lifters who want to improve their technique and reach new personal records

About the expert trainer:

I (Cole) started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life’s greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business. I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. Let’s get to work!
